Jestine is the founder of Sim.Yo.Te Studio and a Polestar Pilates–certified instructor, with additional certifications in Yoga and GYROKINESIS®.
With over twelve years of experience as a yoga instructor, she later transitioned into Pilates and integrative mind–body training.
By blending aesthetic space with precise postural work, she has developed a unique approach to art-inspired movement therapy — where the body is not only trained, but deeply understood and gently restored.

With over 30 years of bodywork experience, Swee Keong developed Multidimensional Spiritual Massage, a holistic healing approach integrating Reiki, qigong-based palm therapy, sound healing and breath work to support deep relaxation and self-connection.
